What is the appropriate statistical test for a data set with two dependent variables, 1 with homogeneous variance and the other with non-homogeneous?
Believe it or not it depends on your research question. Do both DVs go in the same model or not? Pay attention to the attached paper. David Booth
You can go for non parametric statistical models like Kruskall wallis model which is free from assumption of homogeneity of variances
Hi,
You can just adopt a Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA)
