I'm involved in doing a study about a medical drug, which is tested and readings are recorded 3 times a day. This experiment took 10 days, so I have 30 readings of the drug effectivness.
My question is, What is the appropriate statistical technique to test the drug effectivness over time?
How can I test whether there is an improvement in the drug's effect over time?
You must propotion more information:
How many participants do you have? only one? you don't try the drug in subjects?
When did you take the measurements? One before the drug administration and two after? or all measurements were collected after the drug administration?
Do you have a control group or only the experimental one? if you have control group, how many observations do you have? how many measures of this group? what is the condition of this group, only watting list or placebo?
Now, you have few observations so might be a non-parametric test.

Actually My study includes 15 participants. Readings are taken for 10 days and recorded daily. The experiment was done on one group, No control group.
I'm interested in testing effectiveness of this drug over time, and if there is an improvement in the drug's effect over time.
Ok, your sample is small so you must try a non-parametric test for repeated measures like Friedman test.
You must have established a baseline and then analyse drug's effects.
