these are results that i can obtain from HPGe detector what is different method that i may use to validate my results specially when deal with soil samples.
Soil samples indicates measurements in the laboratory. Validation is performed using known standards. The standard should be in the same volume as the soil samples using a soil matrix. The standard and the sample should be processed similarly; dried, sieved, and ground to similar particles size.
You could process the samples by wet chemistry, then counting. The uncertainties will be larger so the validation would be within larger bounds.

but can I use another method of analysis for validation like ICP - MS as it give me the U-238 ppm and Th-232 ppm which can be estimated from the results of HPGe detector.
You could use ICP-MS. The uncertainties will be much larger. The extraction method will be the biggest uncertainty. You must ensure recovery of the of U and Th throughout the process of extraction and sample prep for analysis.
I suggest you send a sample to two other laboratories with well-established accuracy for comparison to your results.
