Most probably this is an non-alloy structural steel with steel material number 1.0010 or 1.0032 or similar which is named by AISI as 1010. A carbon content of 0.01% seems to me very low.

Again this is most probably a non-alloy structural steel. It has material number 1.0303. No AISI standard number is attributed to this steel. I add some more information for this steel type to my answer (cf. pdf).
Please keep in mind that the temperature treatment of the steel material is most important, which produces the microstructure and not only the approximate chemical composition of the steel.
