What is the actual reason and explanation for the phenomenon VAPORIZATION, EVAPORATION, BOILING?

why vaporization actually happens? if vaporization means the phase change to gas from liquid then what is evaporation? what is the relation between them? And especially how boiling connected to them? and why boiling of water takes place?
