Sorry but I do not understand your question, this unit pNPGU / mL, is the unit of measurement of beta-glucosidase in general. I worked with lignocellulosic biomass and activity was given. Attached is an article where you have a determination methodology of this enzyme. However, if the kernel was used for enzyme production or it is being extracted and thus it measures the activity is something else. I think you need to redo that question.
