Malmquist TFP index is a nonparametric method to estiate the TFP index, whereas Tornqvist TFP idex is the parametric approach. You can calculate both the indices i.e., Malmquist and Tornqvist TFP index by using the Softwares developed by Dr. T. Coelli of University of Queensland. You can download the softwares from the link given below which comes with user manual and are free of cost.
