i developed a new theory (hypothesis) to unite general relativity with quantum mechanics in which space-time interval between any two events is zero in quantum mechanics (space-time does not exist in quantum mechanics). therefore; no need of time observable in quantum mechanics.
space-time interval is zero is the basic foundation of QM ;;;;;;
note: space-time interval is zero does not mean that light-like interval.

Great to see that you are working in something of this magnitude. I am also working on a theory to reason the EPR paper and Entanglement as Einstein revoked the effect. But I will have a look at your paper and give you some feedback sortly.
In quantum mechanics we treat space and time separately and not as a one single quantity as in GR. We have position operator and time-evolution operator which are used to describe position and the passage of time during the dynamic of a quantum state, respectively. A particle can be in multiple space at the same time, which is does not relate easily to the normal GR spacetime that we are used to. Position (space) and time are meant to commute in QM, so they do not have an operator per se, but there are theories of Quantum Spacetime that consider position and time to not commute and therefore form different Lie Algebra.
On the other hand, you have theories on quantum gravity, which assume that the spacetime, as treated in GR can be quantized. In other words, the smallest quantity of spacetime is composed of a Graviton. So, in this sense, the minimum spacetime interval between events would be a graviton, just as the minimum interval in electromagnetic field would be a photon. Note that quantum gravity is an active research topic, and there are not yet consensus among physicist on whether it is really necessary or which theory is correct about its nature. But at the moment the most popular theory of quantum gravity is String Theory as you probably have read about in Lee Smolin, the trouble with physics.
Quantum physicists perform the modeling of their theories in a separable Hilbert space. "Separable" means "countable". In such models, time proceeds with universe wide steps.
A hopping path and a hop landing location swarm represent elementary particles. After a while the statistical properties of the swarm mature. That period can be seen as the regeneration period of the elementary particle. Thus at least two time periods occur in quantum physics. The first step is the universe wide progression step. The second period is the regeneration step of elementary particles. This regeneration cycle may be type dependent.

Proper time is an essential part of physical reality (PR).
PR stores its dynamic geometric data in the eigenspaces of operators that reside in a combination of a separable and a non-separable Hilbert space. Progression steps in the separable Hilbert space and it flows in the non-separable Hilbert space. These Hilbert spaces are part of the structure of PR and also exist in mathematics. Scientists have discovered structures that also exist in PR. They have added these to their mathematics library.

Read your paper. You offer an interesting view that in some aspects pertains to the same vein that I offer in my paper Quanto-Geometric Tensors. You may want to take a look. Your notion of Nothing-Everything duality is for certain important and approaches the Quantum Mechanics canon of quanta-wavefunction dualism. It is my view that what makes Relativity so hard to put on the same unified background as Quantum Mechanics is because it is not dually canonical. In that, GR fails to adequately and thoroughly model nature in the macrocosm.

I share your view that time is unphysical. Despite his sentiment that time was a physical imaginary, Einstein however failed to dismiss it altogether and gave it a big lease on life with Relativity. I hold that the complete dismissal of time as a physical variable is a pre-condition to Unification.
I have, in several books and papers, proposed a mathematical (maybe Toy-) Model, for quantum theory and general relativity, where the essential new point is the definition of Time, as a metric on the moduli space of the mathematical objects modeling the phenomenon that one studies.
