Magnetism can be explained by the changes in the shape of the electric field of moving charges (and so a change of the forces) that are predicted by special relativity.

why can't we take electric charge itself as a magnetic monopole?
When electric charges are moving, stationary charges beside them feel a stronger force than if they are not moving. Stationary charges in front of and behind them feel a weaker force. This can be pictured as distortion of the lines of force by relativistic length contraction - some lines of force move from in front of and behind the charge to the sides. When electrons move and their associated positive charges don't then there is an imbalance in the forces from the two that we call magnetism.
Magnetism is only what electrostatics look like under relativity.
The charges don't change when they are moving, the space and fields around them become distorted to us, creating imbalanced forces that we call magnetism.
In the solenoid, the electrons are moving, but the positively charged metal lattice doesn't move, so there is an imbalanced force from the two, in most directions.

Here you are relating energy to moving charges which isn't true "ponying theorem"(drift velocity).

now tell me, we know that fields around them become distorted to us creating imbalanced forces that we call magnetism .....
1)from where electric fields came from around electric charges?
2) electric fields are separate from electric charges?
3) why distortion of electric field does not create distortion in electric charge..................
By electric field I mean something we use to describe the forces around a charge that would be felt by an infinitesimal test charge. The relativistic contraction of the moving charge's space means the strength of the forces are not what we would expect in the same directions as for a non-moving charge. The wave function of the moving electron will also be length contracted, but this does not affect the total charge as far as anyone has ever measured it.
