As we all are passionate about the doing work for vulnerable people across the world.., but people sitting in air -conditioner never understand our feelings ..so some time we get demotivated ..so guys i want to ask really what is need and scope of health and public health related research as carrier point of view and as benefit of community point of view..is there is need of evidence based research if yes then how it is useful for the carrier making for person and how one should approach for same..??

Researchers motivate themselves and moreover recharge their batteries when they feel demotivated. Doing work for vulnerable people, for under-serve or to general population including those who are sitting in air-conditioners is a motivating factor and useful for your carrier.
As a manger for national malaria control programme in Sudan, 2000- 2007, I feel the important of conducting research and writing manuscripts and get it published. This adds a lot to the programme itself and at the same time motivated me and honestly it took me to be recognized at national, regional and international level.
So while doing the work, always be involve in research projects and always think about publication. Many documents addressing such form of operation research can help you.
