Briefly, Roger's genetic is just one of several dissimilarity method such as Jaccard, Nei, etc. Frequently, it is called Roger's genetic distance if we employed Roger formula as dissimilarity method. Most studies employed Roger's distance in SSR markers on population size instead of individual lines. Hence, Ahmed H. El-Sappah gave some previous reports links on the basis of germplasm population.
