But it seems to me that the indicators: h-index and the general scoring rate posted on the Research Gate portal are not fully comparable, because they are counted according to another range of substantively estimated values ​​of certain and not the same factors and counting algorithms built on their basis. The key question that arises in this matter is whether the h-index is one of many elements that make up a set of factors in the scoring algorithm of the Research Gate portal or are completely independent indicators. Then, to compare them with each other one should take into account the differences that occur between these indicators, taking into account the detailed formula of multifactorial, quantitatively estimated, scored specific components of the algorithm model, on the basis of which individual indicators function.

Enis - Research gate score (RG) is a comparative score and is based on a comparative percentile score derived from the score of research gate members by using some metrics. The break down of RG score is publications, questions, answers and followers. It depends upon reads, full reads, recommendations and citations, putting questions and answering questions on research gate. RG score is a morale booster, an increase in score on an update is a refresher and a decrease in score lowers the morale. To have a good RG score demands active involvement of the researcher on research gate and consistency.

In my opinion RG is a social networking platform for the researcher from where anybody can solve his problem by suggestion or opinion. But RG score is a funny thing.
