To the government of California, the federal government in America, the government in Egypt, civil rights and human rights institutions, the media in all its forms, and everyone who participated in the collective injustice against me.

I began to enter the dark tunnel when I entered the American and Egyptian courts, where I dealt with the merchants of injustice, including some corrupt judges, lawyers, law clerks, and legal assistants. And here I am, filling out the police reports, after I have come a long way from the journey of collective injustice caused and orchestrated by my X-wife (Raefa Mostafa Al-Mehelmy), whom I divorced in Egypt in 2018, as she was the one who pushed me harm to this day in California, where I faced unparalleled and countless insults. With the help of Racist judges, crooked lawyers, degenerate paralegals, her devilish friends and family, and my children, whom I have wholly disowned because of their neglect of me and their cooperation against me, she controlled everything with the help of her brother Ali Al-Mehelmy and his wife, Rania Al-Tanay. What is worse than this is that they violated the sanctity of families and people who had nothing to do with anything. They blackmailed me and filed complaints against me in the courts to obtain sums of my private money to which they had no right. They won cases in small courts in their favor unjustly, aggressively, and without any justification.

They participated and allied with everyone who was against me, and unfortunately, they used my children to be a card against me and a sword hanging around my neck. They all conspired and are still setting up a net of deception for me to get rid of me while I am an individual and have no one to support me except God, the Most High, the Great.

I have written tons of oversized packages on collective injustices in many cases. I sent it, along with evidence, to the California government, the federal government, legal, civil, and human rights institutions, the media in all its forms, and everyone who participated in the collective injustice against me in America and Egypt. Still, no one heard or cared about me, as if the world had become deaf and mute. I wonder, all this is happening to me! Why?

I started posting the petitions on Change.org, which was not doing its job correctly on purpose

as it appears to be a racist organization.

I published media articles, but they did not achieve their desired purpose for two reasons: the first was that the media's attitude towards me was hostile, and the other reason was that the cost of advertising was prohibitive.

I've written 36 books on collective injustice with sound evidence, published press releases, and started posting them on social media despite the war against me and my companies.

I thought to myself, why not go to the police or the Federal Bureaus of Investigation (FBI)

On 02/11/2023, I went to university and then to the police station at San Jose University.

I was disappointed when they asked me to contact the San Jose Police Department from

03/11/2023 to 24/11/2023.

After that, I spent more than 15 days in Stanford Hospital due to a health problem that befell me. All events indicated that I was in real danger that threatened my life, and my health condition is still not good to this day.

11/27/2023

-- I called the police station in San Jose to begin filling out police reports about the crimes committed against me, my flag, and my companies. I explained to the other party on the phone what I wanted. But he told me and assured me to go to the police station in the city of San Jose - I told him that I was sick and I would like to write these reports from my place or have the police send me, but he insisted that I go to the police in San Jose after you return to health.

11/28/2023-- I prepared four heinous criminal cases.

11/29/2023 I went to the police station and registered my name on the computer. I waited for more than an hour. A woman among those waiting asked me: What is your story? I told her I was waiting to fill out four criminal reports. Then I wondered: When did you come? I told her About an hour ago. Then the lady started talking to one of the police officers about me. He replied, telling her: My name is on the computer. She thanked the noble lady for her action. After 5 minutes, he called me to the window, and I asked him: Can I fill out the reports electronically? He replied, "It's unacceptable, even though a computer can do it." Then he gave me a phone number and told me that the police would come to interview me.

I have decided to publish all press releases regarding the crimes committed against me, my companies, and my professional career on all media outlets. I will post those reports with all the required names and evidence, hoping that the California government and all its civil institutions, human rights, media, and honorable laws in America will respond. And take action in this regard.

It summarizes the fourteenth privileges and immunities of citizenship, due process, and equal protection - the Fourteenth Amendment.

No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; No State may deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law; It shall not deprive any person subject to its jurisdiction of the equal protection of the laws.

In my case and dealing with state government, California does not implement this amendment.

The three main provisions of the Fourteenth Amendment?

The amendment's first section includes several clauses: the Citizenship Clause, the Privileges or Immunities Clause, the Due Process Clause, and the Equal Protection Clause.

In my case, I have been treated everywhere as they do not consider me a citizen.

Summary of the Fourteenth Amendment?

No State may deny to any person under its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

In my case - I am completely isolated and lost many years of my career intentionally and against my will.
