Dear Surinder, if your aim is to standardize logic via a questionnaire formal classical logics is most suitable to you.

However, you should take into account that there is a large array on other logics, namely non-classical logics, in which speaking about standards is nonsense. 

In other words, let's take into account that FCL is but only one logic, and probably nowadays not the most relevant one.
