Svetlana, I believe we can. Millions of practitioners of mind-body response do so each time they meditate. They experience the global aspect of consciousness . To them they observe the internal and external space with their eyes closed that is borderless. They can also experience their breathing at the same time.
Many who become more experienced can use their own breathing rate and depth to explore how "kundalini" is raised. It actually is based on increased cellular potential of the astrocytes , neurons in the brain and spinal cord induced by deep breathing.
In our recent article below explains self investigation of consciousness.
Knowledge is power ,& the power joins with the natural energy forces of within this can remain fruitful for every individual in his life time.
With the knowledge if any individual works in the spirit of his own action in a right manner he can certainly contribute not for himself but for the betterment of the society .
If it is otherwise ,negative elements take adverse action & certainly the knowledge gets abused & even disturbed social fabrics .This is my personal opinion .
Dear Ravinder and Rohit, thank you for your responses.
Dear Ravinder, the article you kindly shared is of a great importance for me.
Dear Rohit, thanks but is it that our knowledge is gained and stored individualy in each personal head rather than directly depends on society and social factors?
