As you may know, we have different eras in the evolution of management theories. I want to know which is era of "hofstede Culture’s Consequences"?Could you please help me?
Kindly please note that the "Hofstede" Research is not for a unique era. In the other word you must look for the their doctrines instead of eras. Hofstede had research on elements more than Culture and in this way for any element he had find 3 positions concerning to the Rational, Natural, and Semi Rational (Semi Natural) doctrines as you can read the book called "Organizational Behavior" written by Stephen Robbins.
For more information you can also read the book "Rational, Natural and Open Organizations" by Richard Scott. Also you can find attached file which maybe help you.
I agree with Amir- Just skimming the Wikipedia article on Hofstede was sufficient for me to get a good idea of what his work is/was about-- it is a continuing approach, not one tied to a particular era. It is a framework for not only evaluating different cultures, but for the next step of using such evaluations as a joint foundation for overcoming differences.
