I am using enzymatic desizing process. after that Using Sodium Percarbonate for scouring and bleaching. Cotton fabric is gets white but still tegawa rating is poor.
I am Looking for suggestion for easy method of desizing. Share your opinion.
The enzymatic/sodium perborate single bath desize/scour/bleach process is the only single bath method I am aware of. However, the break-down of the starch based size on loom-state cotton is industrially feasible using a room-temperature 2 to 3 Hr acid steeping process, followed by the further two steps of an alkaline boil and a room temperature hypochlorite bleach. Clearly the acid steeping process on its own would desize the loom-state cotton but you would still need the other two scouring and bleaching steps.
