Both of these are used for cell count. If we see the dimensions , they are also same, (3mm x3mm) with other technical markings on chamber. Then what is difference? Can acid fast bacilli (AFB ) will be counted on Neubauer chamber?

Petroff-Hausser: 0.2 mm deep. Used for Bacteria and Sperm analysis
Mariefeld-superior: 0.1 mm deep. used in hematology-blood cell count.
Both are Neubauer improved: 25 square in the central grid NOT 16.
Different companies.
Both can be used for cell count depending on availability in your lab. But, take into consideration the depth of the chamber you are using when calculating.
