The Cyber bullying can defined as bullying using by electronic forms of contact media. Thus, the cyber bullying can termed as bullying through modern technological devices, which intended to hurt and is part of a repetitive pattern of negative actions.

We can measure it between school students through:

1)    Voluntary participation of students that based on active parental consent, and

2)    After acceptance by the local school council and school principals, a letters should sent to parents via the class teachers and brought back to school by students.

The data collected should Internet-based questionnaires which completed during one regular school hour in the school’s computer lab under the supervision of trained research assistants.
