Pathophysiology of Coronavirus.
There are two types of cells in the lungs; goblet and ciliated.
Goblet cells produce mucous to keep the lungs moist and ciliated cells push any foreign bodies back to throat to be excreted from the body.
Cronavirus COVID-19 damages these two types of cells. The debris or dead cells accumulate in the lungs and make it difficult to breathe. This blockage might mean that patient has pneumonia.

The main issue coming from multiple diseases like diabetes, hypertension and other respiratory problems have very high death rate with COVID-19, so i advise the patients of diabetes type 1 & 2 should have to control the first disease then severity of coronavirus will be low,
For diabetes and hypertension patients getting coronavirus, these will be mechanisms to act on ACE2 in lungs. so, take care for coronavirus infection, so, awareness and precautions are essential for prevention from corona outbreak,
