I was reading an article obout VISA(Vancomycin intermediate susceptible staphylococcus aureus). but actual guidelines for treating this menace is not availaible .

I highly recommend you read and enjoy an article co-authored by HF Chambers written in 2009 and then search his more recent articles to get suggestions for VISA management of various types of infections . PMC2871281 is the freely available article (as this was NIH funded in the USA. Any problem accessing that, I will send you the article privately. You should also send him a friendly email, requesting any sources that are not readily available that specifically can guide you.
