We observed in few cases of covid-19 positive cases that more or less after a week of infection treated with steroid, famotidine and ivermectin , clinically somewhat appearing normal but with persistent cough (X-chest normal). In these cases CBC, CRP and D-dimer found normal but high ferritin. What should be the cause or what precaution should be taken?
