What is best way and how to model electrical equalizer and the driver for RSOA using MATLAB component in optisystem software?

I would like to know how to use matlab component to model the driver and probably the bias-T to RSOA and electrical equalizer at the receiver end. I'm working on Polar RZ 8-PAM transmission using RSOA and direct detection in WDM PON.
