What is best method for isolation of Phytophthora infestans causing late blight of potato?

I want to isolate the Phytophthora infestans from late blight leave sample of potato and maintain the culture from long time. Kindly suggest me, what media should be used and what is best procedure of isolation? Or recommend a research article.
