Mohammad Saeed Bahramy Thank you for providing this paper. However, I do not find the axial interaction method inside the paper. This paper did not show how to calculate the stacking fault energies mathematically. It just tell me how to build the model. Then, where can I get stacking fault energies? From total energies? Or other places?

In this method, SFE is basically the energy difference between the perturbed and unperturbed supercells derided by the stacking fault area (i.e. the surface area of your supercell).
