I am doing a floatation technique for isolation of Trichuris egg. The media I am using is Sodium Nitrate. The specimen was prooved to be Trichuris positive from simple smear. There were no Trichuris eggs, instead it had only Hookworm and Ascaris float out. Another flaw I suspect was that the specimen was left for too long and all the eggs had already hatched.

It may be a function of time — if there are enough faeces per sample, try running some replicate tests to see if there is better success by leaving samples to stand for longer at the flotation phase. I found the extra time was critical for a sensitive Trichuris sp. result when testing formalin-preserved faeces from an omnivorous marsupial host with sodium nitrate flotations (this was specific to Trichuris sp. — ascarids and protozoans were readily detected using a more standard 10-minute approach). Of course, the downside of prolonging flotation time is that other parasite oocysts and cysts may be damaged beyond recognition, which requires consideration in the overall approach to testing the samples.
Using Zinc Slufate as the concentrating solution to detect trichuris eggs using flotation technique is very viable. In a research conducted back in 2016 entitled, "Concordance between flotation methods with zinc sulfate and centrifugal sedimentation for the diagnosis of intestinal parasites" the researchers discovered that fecal flotation using Zinc sulfate can determine light helminth eggs of Trichuris trichuria.
