What is a quenching mechanism of the chain-growth polymerization via Suzuki-Miyaura coupling ?

After quenching a chain-growth polymerization via Suzuki-Miyaura coupling, normally two kinds of polymer ends are obtained. One is (polymer)-H, the other is (polymer)-Br. Why does this happen ?? Is the quenching manner different ??
