Please could you advise me on where I could get good questionnaires for assessment of chronotypes in general population?

There is a shorter and validated version of this questionnaire by Adan and Almirral (1991). It will be usefull for mass selection.

I went through the paper and find it extremely useful, however, I wasn't able to find all the items included in the questionnaire, please don't you have any idea where I could find the full Adan/Almirral questionnaire with all items listed? It really seems to be the best option for a large population study (thousands of individuals)... Thank you so much, julie
Actually you will find the five items and the cotation on the page 247 of the publication of Adan et Almirall.

in my opinion, the best questionnaire is the Munich Chronotype Questionnaire (MCTQ), developed by Till Roenneberg. The instrument provides more than only the individual's tendency of being either morning or evening type, but differentiates between work days and weekend. the difference between behavior at work days and weekend is crucial, because evening types (vs. morning types) are assumed to accumulate sleep pressure during the work days (and must recover at weekends).
