The beauty of teaching is learner- centered. What makes a good teaching experience lies in what impression that the teacher leaves with the learner. The joy of a teacher is inextricably tied to the joy of the learners.
I sure the good teaching experience, that the person can provided the information in easy way and all information in his bran.
Teaching experience is a cumulative and should be transferred from one generation to another. We need first students to be learned, students may come to the university for the sake of certificate not to learn! that make a challenge and many strategies from teachers to do with them. Not to convince students with the importance of learning but we have ethics and standards should be followed for everyone enter the university.

Good teaching experience is a person get knowledge from a teacher and after that distribute that knowledge to the others with the mind set of “more you develop others you will develop yourself”.
What you know make other body understood in a simple , easy and interesting way is good teaching
Good teaching experience is judged by it is results and consequences, if it achieves its predetermined goals, we can say it is a good experience. for example, if the teaching experience contribute in creating a positive impact(s) on the society or individuals levels we can say it is a good teaching experience .

Our teaching experience speak for itself as it is in the line of student who offer their respect to teachers with a smiling & happy behavior with the feeling that they remain proud of their teachers .
For teachers they receive happiness from their student & if their teaching brings with all the joy come out with the successful result which may also become sometime proud for the institute .
This is my personal opinion
A good teaching experience is the one whereby both the teacher and the learners are satisfied. The teacher is pleased because the course objectives have been applied according to the syllabus satisfactorily. Likewise, the learners feel that they have learnt something worthwhile.

Teaching depends on both the student and the teacher. Each of them must have characteristics that must be met for the success of the teaching process. Through my experience in teaching of nursing science for academic students at Faculty of Nursing. I found that it is necessary that the desire to teach exist as it is essential in this process. Nursing is a difficult profession, so it is necessary to have the desire to teach nursing from the beginning, updating of the knowledge and information related to this subject, and provide the educational potentials. For the student I think it is necessary he /she should have the desire to study the subject and develop their ability for discussion.
