I'm a master student in Construction Management,
I'm very interested in application of BIM (Building Information Modelling) in high-rise building project.
First focus on existing issue related to construction management. These issues are highly localized. For a master research, a case study is accepted by many universities, so try to focus one of local issue. Then identify how can it be solved with the current construction management knowledge. Then find what are the existing gaps you can filled. It is very difficult to initiate a title early. You can suggest a title at the end of the allocated period based on your performance. Your suggested tile is too broad, search research articles by using BIM as a key word. Then you will be able to find more specific problem area to focus. Good Luck!
Finally, I choose a topic on BIM. I want to study the effect of BIM softwares like ArchiCAD and Revit towards the architectural firm's productivity. What do you think?
