medicinal chemistry: the science of developing new drugs (QSAR methods, network and computational approach to testing, high througput strategies)
pharmaceutical chemistry: the chemistry of already developed drugs (delivery techniques, synthesis optimization, pharmacokinetics)
clinical chemistry: chemical analyses made on blood, urines, faeces and other biological human matrixes (e.g. tissues).
Medicinal Biochemistry: Interaction between drugs and macromolecules, metabolism and in general pharmaco/biological interactions.

Great answer- Just as an aside it is important to note there are huge areas over overlap between all of these areas. For instance medicinal biochemistry may lead to identification of targets that are targeted by rational drug design methods from medicinal chemistry. As times go on, I suspect the lines will become even more blurred.
