Simply put, AI, which stands for "artificial intelligence," refers to systems or machines that mimic human intelligence to perform tasks and can iteratively improve based on the information they gather. Artificial intelligence manifests itself in many forms.
- Intelligent assistants use AI to analyze critical information from large free-text data sets to improve planning.
- Chatbots use AI to understand customer problems faster and respond more effectively.
- Recommendation engines can automatically suggest TV shows based on viewers' habits.

BUT there is a problem when people rely on the output of a chatbot like ChatGPT - these systems just "know" their training set of informations and form assertions by combining these - which can perfectly be wrong! Inmstead of admitting "I don't know" which most humans would do, ChatGPT might lie you straight in the face.
Using lies as the base of decisions could lead to catastrophic consequences.
