I am working with anaerobic chamber to test some fugal species, isolated from sub-seafloor (2.5 km) below the seafloor, in anaerobic chamber and now I am facing a problem as non of the specie is able to grown in anaerobic condition and now I want to check at what concentration of oxygen these fungi can grow, but the problem is that I am using an old anaerobic chamber which do not have any oxygen meter. So i want to know how can I measure the oxygen concentration inside the chamber.
Hence I am using oxygen indicator strip to check anaerobic condition.

100 dollars of parts, a little effort, and I have had it working for six months continuously.
There are plenty of oxygen alarms on eBay if you prefer an off-the-shelf solution. I've used Teledyne TED200s.
And if this is for fungi that are submerged (?) then there are a number of solutions on the market that use quenched fluorescence methods to detect dissolved oxygen concentrations.

Oh gosh - that's not my work! I merely followed their layout - if you *do* go the Arduino and Luminox route, I can give you an improved code that also displays the temperature.
But if you want a quick solution, I'd go to eBay and grab a Teledyne 200 or a MaxO2 (I've two).

Muhammed, low cost digital oxygen monitors are used in the brewing and fermentation industries, where careful control of oxygen is important.
These can be based on a tuneable diode laser (more expensive but can be tuned across a range of gases) or something like the Endress and Hauser Memosens COS81D specifically set up to monitor in-process oxygen. I have a friend who has used both in his micro-brewery. He has opted for the second solution long term as he did not need the additional functionality.
