i am using some organic molecules containing NH2 and COO group for the preparation of Gold nanoparticles under sunlight irradiation. when the reaction proceeds, whether the molecules COO- group is cleaved or not ???? As per photochemical synthesis this cleavage is possible in this case how it happens ??? can anyone help me !!!!!

Suppose if you are using amino acid such as L-lysine or Glysine the nothing will break simply. For more detail please read photoreactions Norrish type I and II.
I have done work on artificial UV light exposure to oxidized multiwalled CNTs, and I definitely saw loss of the caboxylic acid functional groups from the surface. Digging through the organic photochemistry literature I found several papers and reviews that confirm the cleavage of the carboxyl group through a photodecarboxylation step and loss of CO2. My coauthors have also published work on single walled CNTs as well as sunlight and artificial sunlight studies. I am not sure about amine functional groups as I was not specifically looking for those reactions, but I agree with Rahul and examine the Norrish reactions.
