It is impossible that parallel running generators operate at different speeds. Frequency of parallel running generators can’t be different. As speed of the generator have fixed ratio with the frequency, speeds of the parallel running generators remains exactly same.

If throttle of a particular generator is increased, that particular generator shares more load. Also, the speed of both the generators increases together.
