In the circled area there is a structure; fold, fault or both affect the strata beneath the yellow lines in the lower part , while the strata are continuous in the upper part....any reasonable precise interpretation for such structure....
Thanks Muayyad, it is a good answer and this is what in my mind....but there is a folding layer at the bottom.....I need some thoughts about what happened exactly...
Thanks for your interesting Muayyad... but in fault-propagation folding , folding develops just in advance of the tip of the ramp as the ramp propagation updip, such fold form concurrently with the thrust and verges in the direction of thrusting and the fault tip propagates upsection as the fold backlimb and forelimb lengthen.....???/
