I am writing a final year project where my independent variable is employee well-being and my dependent variable is happiness. the factors of my IV are social well-being, physical well-being, and psychological well-being.
Are there other factors that I could add?
Also, I would love to gain more advice and insights.

use all 3 in a MANOVA or regression analysis the you see what % of happiness you get out of a certain type of well-being.

Please try to reevaluate your IV and DV. It is better to make your employee well being your DV, and look for IV which may include boss-employee relationship (leadership type of superior), employee 2 employee relationship, work load, length (hours) of work ---36/week or o more, compensation and benefits, safety in work place, job security, career development, etc.
