Hello, I am using Kubios software for my master's thesis.

I collected PPG data from the tip of the finger. I am comparing HRV on short-term samples (around 4min) as I want to see effect of time on task.

However, using 5% artifacts threshold does not led to equal groups in the order of products administration.

Then, I was wondering in what extend can I move this threshold of artifacts corrected by the software without compromising data. Is there some articles about that ? I just know that increase this threshold decreases the HRV as more data interpolated are included.
