This diode is used in primary winding of a SMPS.
Unfortunately, this element failed and only can help to produces a small fraction of full voltage at output (≈10V instead of 24V) and the whole module is urgency needed.
What part or combination of parts could substitute this diode?

Hi Mohamad Sayadi , instead of replacing the defect diode by an alternative, could you not use a new PKC-136? It is available here, for example (they don't seem to have a branch in Iran but in the top right corner of the page you can choose the location which is most convenient for you to buy from):

Transistors are (considered as) back to back diodes, hence could be used as diode as needed with proper polarity and ratings....
If the PKC-136 is no longer available, I expect that a P2KE-170A would perform nicely. The package might differ somewhat (DO-41 instead of DO-15), but should be mountable.
The latter has a somewhat higher power rating (2 W vs. 1.5 W continuous power Dissipation), which might be welcome.

Depending on the circuit, the P2KE might require a "normal" diode with appropriate current rating in series.
