I'm considering adopting an electronic laboratory notebook. I've heard from a few colleagues in the industry that they have good proprietary systems that are quite pricey. I'm looking for something suitable in a small academic lab setting (i.e. affordable). OneNote 2013 looks promising. Is anyone using this, or something similar? Any thoughts?
My colleague is using OneNote on PC and recently started using it on an Android tablet and is happy with it. I also recently got an Android tablet but haven't personally tried anything yet.

@Shi-Hsia Unfortunately, we do not have offline functionality at this time, and the platform requires internet access to function properly. That being said, this is a fantastic idea and we will begin developing offline features as soon as possible. Some ELN providers offer a free version of the ELN, sometimes with limited functionalities, but it will still allow you to use it to cover your basic needs or test it before potentially purchasing it for the entire team later on.
