I would like to use a fluorescent dye for analyzing tobacco cell nucleus. Do you think which dye works better?
best
Hoechst stain should work well, but DAPI is also a quick and effective way to label nuclei.
It depends what filters you have. You can google nuclear counterstains for live cells and you will get many to choose from. If you have the right filter set, Hoechst is very easy and gives an excellent signal.
May be the current article can be of help for you.
Best regards
Robert
May consider using Permai fluorescence dye.
