What does the stationary mode called in KPFM?

For my bachelor thesis, I need to measure the variation of the surface electrical potential of a certain sample with time. These measurements should be done on a single point on the sample surface. the idea is to keep the Tip stationary and measure potential over time. what is this mode called and any suggestions to find more info about this mode?

I'm using NT-MDT Solver P-47 Pro.

Hi, I suppose you could use the regular KPFM. If you adjust the size of the scanning field comparable to the tip size, you will get surface potential at the point under the probe. Then, you can turn on the regime of repetitional scanning and compare these small maps obtained at different moments of time.
