I am reviewing the history of Eptifibatide and came across this line in one of the chemistry reviews by FDA. How can it exceed 100% ?

IC50 is the concentration of a drug that inhibits the 50% aggregation of platelets.So if the 50% inhibition is achieved at the higher doses than the recommended this may be what you want to ask. or what ? 100% inhibition means total inhibition of platelet aggregation. I could not understand your question properly if you can elaborate please ?
