all cells have the same Voc? that is possible? Have you had a similar experience?
How can this be explained?

if I try to calculate Voc then I indeed find a weak dependence on current. But principially, Voc must depend on temperature and especially bandgap. The formulae to calculate Voc is:
Voc = (nkT/q )*ln(IL/Io + 1)
with IL - Light generated current and Io - dark saturation current.

The Voc is limited by the short circuit current Isc, The ideality factor n, the temperature and the reverse saturation current Is.
It could be expressed as Voc = nVt Ln(Iph/Is), Vt is the thermal voltage.
If Voc is constant means that most probably that Is is proportional to Is.
To be specific one has to measure all these parameters for every cell to verify the origin of constant Voc.
This one point, the other point my question to you is the Voc is exactly the same??
Or it varies slightly. When you answer me i will tell you i will tell you my opinion.
