The proposed approach considers a multi-state operational process taking into account sudden, gradual, fictitious and latent failures, as well as a human factor during maintenance. Actually, the model has 8 states where a process of transitions between them is approximated by the model of Embedded Markov chain. In order to obtain the solution, we use the Monte Carlo method.
