What do you think is realistic task in research field?

One example is- if Someone says ,he is working 24 by 7 in research field,which is not possible

Research work does not necessarily proceed at the same pace over time. However, I have no doubt that at certain times a researcher can 24/7 to:

1. get a research grant submission in the mail to meet a deadline.

2. input data to begin a analysis.

3. finish an analysis to see early results and so on.
