there is always difference between setting time of cement and setting time of concrete. for measuring setting time of cement different method is used and to measure setting time of concrete different method applied, why?

Setting time will determine the quality.For this reason, not only the aggregates but also the usage of admixtures will also determine the setting time. Moreover, the setting time of cement mortar and concrete are different from each other.
