The irony is, urban people will have more access to the social media, and there are a lot of 'infodemics' happening there. Hoax such as conspiracy theory, global elite theory, and infodemics that centered in the delegitimation of the WHO guidelines are gathering significant follower in the social media. This is troublesome, because at least in my own country, regardless the people are educated or not, they only want to obey the information that in accordance to their own belief.

Urban people are continuously exposed to pollution, unhealthy food, disturbed sleep practices, etc while rural people still have access to comparatively fresh air, food, sleep practices that are recommended to boost immunity. The rural population is on advantage in this COVID pandemic due to their lifestyle. I think education does not play a major role in this situation because due to government initiatives, the basic precautions have been communicated very effectively.

Agree with Bhaskar Sharma Moreover it is difficult to maintain the social distancing in the urban area due to high population density compared with the rural area could also a one of the prominent reason for the urban-rural disparity
