Recently, one of the most popular questions was the "What do you think about single Author?"
I would like to attract your attentions to the opposite idea. There are some papers that there is not any experimental, nor laboratory research, but the number of Authors are too many. Do belive me or not, I have seen some such papers with more than 10 persons.
Dear Dr. Jafar Biazar , In my point of view, one must be work with others, as this will decrease your workload and show the better performance in throughout of work. The co-authors in paper are like reviewers. I have seen one paper with 67 authors but is was an experimental and laboratory work.
The number of authors might vary by discipline, not just whether the research being written about involves experimental or laboratory work. If a project was conducted by a large team of researchers, it's entirely possible and reasonable to have a long list of co-authors for related papers. Some journals require the authors to state explicitly what they have contributed to a particular paper; looking at their specific contributions is perhaps a helpful way to assess whether a long list of authors is really appropriate in context.
Dear Dr. Biazar,
1) Maybe if an article is in a border area for example it contains mathematical and physical parts as well so it needs different authors who are in the area in question very good.
2) or if a PhD student learns to write an article there are more persons next to him: one or two professors and a few mentors maybe.
3) maybe the work is faster if the authors share the several phases of the work see the case of a guild and a manufactory. For example if only one person needs to make a whole shoe, so he cannot move quickly with his work but if a person prepares only the leather, a second one makes the sole, a third one see on it the upper part and so on, so is the common work more effective.

Research should be carried on in a group to overcome the hindrance in the broad area of research, for achieving the goal, everyone in the team should contribute their expertise to succeed in it. So, for getting the large research output more than one author can write the paper, if someone believes in his own potential to achieve the same research output by finishing the paper by own, then the paper can be treated as a single author paper.

Indeed, if the research is experimental and needs to be sampled from many places, the number of researchers involved can be up to five. But if it was just a research done in rooms like mathematics, I think that the right number does not exceed the two and what is more is Nice compliment only.
