Whatever energy source are available around, it confuses about future energy source of India? You talk of wind, solar, tidal, etc. or hydrogen generation, biodiesel, biobutanol, bioethanol, etc. each is meager contributor, or negligible! What do you think can cater the energy requirement of India?

You are correct but your response contains many conditions. The most common 'biofuel' in India could be 'bioethanol' and 'biodiesel', bioethanol is OK and there are established technologies through which bioethanol is produced in India. But the case of 'biodiesel' is different. There is hardly any 'feeds stock' which is 'readily available' and which is cost effective also. My group is actively involved in 'search' of 'ideal feedstock' materials for biodiesel production and we are able to get good results as well. There are a few countries like US, Gemany, Brazil and China which have a larger share in 'global production' of biodiesel but India does not figure there.
'Waste materials' for biodiesel production: the most common feedstock is 'WFO' but there is no mechanism where from WFO could be collected for large scale production of biodiesel.
A lot is yet to be done in India on this front.
